What is the best pay as you go phone in ur opinion?

I work for att...you can use any phone att phone for the "pay as you go plan." The advantage of these plans...you can use a mothly plan or a pay as you go plan without a credit check or deposit. Actually this is with any prepaid plan. If you talk to a lot of att people...go for the pay as you go plan with att...its unlimited talk to att to att and att to cingular customers...(for 1 buck a day).

If you do a lot od email, text, and IM, go for tmobiles sidekick prepaid plan...its the best deal if you do pda stuff (text, email, picture message, IM, serf the web). You get all the UNLIMITED, for only a dollar a day plus 15 cents a min for talk...take it from a cell phone expert...this is a very good deal. If you don't talk a lot or text or have att friends, go for tmobile's regular prepaid plans...a 100 $ card will give you ten cents a min (1000 mins) with taking the dollar that att takes. But don buy the 10 $ cards from tmobile...its 30 cents a min so the higher you go, the cheaper the minutes get and they don't expire for a year so you don't have to be worried about how you talk. Tmobile also has a plan that gives you free nights from 7 and fre tmobile to tmobile calls if im not mistaken. You have to choose the best one for your talking needs.

well theres a few issues that come up here:

Can you get all services in your area?

do you text more or call more?\

what kind of phone do you have?

A. If you cannot get att, then theres no point in someone recommending it.

B. If you can get all services, then do you text or call more. Tmobile charges $.11 cents a text message whereas att charges $.15. However, if you go with tmobile, you may be paying more for calls.

C. This could probably fall under services, but many major metro areas are losing the slow unreliable gsm services for things more advanced, so your phone is dependent on what you have in your area.

Now without knowing anymore then you told us, i would also recommend ATT.

Ive never dropped a call (no major cities nearby).

They are always advertising $20 month 5mb data plans for go phones (not a plan.. specifically for go phones.. if you pay for it for a month you have it... if not then you dont)
Reply:The only pay as you go phone I know of is virgin mobile. You dont get service sometimes but is way better then not having a phone. If I were you I would get verison.
Reply:You know, i'm thinking tracfone because it gets pretty good reception and some of its phones aren't too bad...
Reply:i dont like pay as you go but if you must get virgin mobile
