From your own opinion, do you believe university or college is better in finding job opportunities?

the college I'm interested in has a moderate amount of university degree programs. It's cheaper, and easier to get in, also, it features paid co-op terms which is really easier to get in as opposed to university paid co-ops terms (like how you must acquire precise measurements to their expectations). and colleges are usually 30% practical and 70% theoretical, i would say that when i finish college, i would have twice the success rate as any university student because of my experience of work and high grades (one thing that it's a bit easier than university and I'm a very hard worker) earning myself a place in the honours. So is this good? BUT, I HAVE A PROBLEM, lol. I'm asian, and my parents are fierce about the subject of 'college' as oppose to university.

college is better man beacause in college you will be a teacher

or a sir so you can learn more information from your students

and its funny
Reply:Since you spelled honors as "honours," I assume you are Canadian or British. Speaking as an American, it really does not matter here. Just get something. I've met some people with great degrees from "great" universities that are absolute idiots when it comes to real life.
Reply:Most people I know make little distinction on whether one graduates with a BA or BS from a college or university. It only matters at the graduate level. There are some excellent colleges like the College of the Holy Cross, which is hard to get into. And there are some mediocre universities.
