Why do people trust Oprah's opinion about politics?


This woman has issues and is best friends with Tom Cruise.


So what if corporate sponsors give her free stuff to give free to her audience. It's not her money she's giving away. Its the corporations money. They are using her for $$ and she is getting paid for it.

Why do people trust Oprah's opinion about politics?
Blows my mind. She's screwy. I don't understand the Oprah phenomena. She's just a woman. Big deal. You would think she is the sage of the ages the way people treat her. I hate hero/idol worship.

Reply:The phrasing you use is incorrect. "People" suggest all people, and all people do not trust Oprah/s opinion or politics. Only those with limited Spiritual elevation trust the opinions of others over their own. That the vast majority of people fit the category you suggest does not dismiss the fact that a substantial number of people do not.
