Has anybody joined the National Student-Opinion Organization?

I just got an e-mail from the National Student-Opinion Organization. They want me to work for them, but they require a new member fee. I was wondering if this organization is really who they say they are, or are they just scamming me? Does anybody work for them? Do you like it?What all did you have to do to get set up? How much money do you make on average per week? How long did it take for you to start getting paid? Any advice will be apprieciated! Thanks,
