Where can I find a website that can give be a somewhat non-biased opinion on Obama and his policies.?

I just really would like to know more about what he stands for and what he says he will do if elected. I really have had such a hard time paying attention to all of the things that matter beyond all of the mud slinging. This will be my first time voting so I want to know more......

Where can I find a website that can give be a somewhat non-biased opinion on Obama and his policies.?
Avenues to walk down.

Go to his Illinois voting record.

Try to get a look at the un-redacted one.

Follow his methodology there.

Then look at his involvement with the Chicago Political

machine.

Then Follow him to the US Senate.

This is where the rubber meets the road.

after looking at his voting record, and non position on matters

you will have an easy choice to make.

What ever you do, stay away from Obama sponsored or

spoon fed web sites. Like his Own Obama.com
Reply:Well congradulations! It is really a very good feeling to participate in the way our government is run. But what is more is that you are taking that priviledge seriously and wanting more information before you make your decision. Let me try to offer some input.

When desiding on a candidate, listen to what they are saying are the major issues facing the country. Some say the security, some say healthcare, and some say the economy. You then prioritize those issues as to what is most important to you and most directly affects you. Then look at what each candidate says they will do with regards to that issue. That is what most people do, but don't stop there, go the next step. Ask how are they going to accomplish what they say they are going to do.

As for Hussein Obama, and I use that because to me the security of the country is most important and he has openly admitted that he will cut funding for the military and the agencies that provide information about terrorist activities, he has made healthcare one of his major issues. He wants to be able to provide healthcare coverage for everyone, including those who may not even be US citizens. Sounds great, but when you ask the second question, how is he going to do this, well that is where I have a problem. He intends to pay for all that additional govenment spending by raising taxes on the wealthy. Again, not so bad, until you ask who is wealthy. Then you find that anyone making $90k is wealthy. Sorry, but that is not correct, especially at today's cost of living, and increasing gas prices. Further, he has indicated that he will do nothing about preventing the courts from awarding huge, outrageous awards for the most frivolous law suites.

Now that is just an example of how I ask the next question. Most people do not do that, and they should. Now my ideas and what is important for me is different that for you, but ask those other questions and listen to what the candidates say about them. Many times you will be rather surprised. Hope that helps and again congradulations!
Reply:Barack Obama is everywhere. The media has gotten a hold of him. It will be extremely difficult to truly find an unbiased view of him. I would suggest looking at the sites for and against him, then forming an educated opinion.
Reply:The first responder obviously has no clue as to what non-biased means.

Try this:

http://www.nationalplatforms.com/
Reply:http://glassbooth.org

please do this site, its fun and pretty much non-biased
Reply:www.BARACKOBAMA.com
Reply:Go to factcheck.org

Non biased articles and they find and disprove champaign attacks that are not true.
Reply:Well Obama.com is a bad choice.
