You opinion: Should women pay spousal support after a divorce?
Yes, you all yelled %26amp; screamed for equal rights and now you got them along with all the other stuff that goes with them.
Reply:yes.. and i also believe that women should not automatically get the children in the divorce. If the men are capable and financially stable to provide for the children, they should have an equal and fair oppertunity to ask for full custody without feeling like everyone is against them.


I also believe that women should pay child support.
Reply:Depends upon the circumstance. If the woman was the primary breadwinner and there's a huge disparity in income and future potential income on the part of the man, then absolutely she should pay. These are the same rules that apply towards men and should apply equally without regard to gender.
Reply:I say, if both can handle living without the others help, then no one pays, however, if one needs help, that being man or the woman, the other should pay. I gotta say, a lot of times men do get screwed in divorces, some women out there are extremely shady.
Reply:Yes it should go both ways. Depends on how long they were married or who was the bread winner and how will have the kids.
Reply:I don't think either party should have to pay spousal support. Each of them should leave with what they brought into the marriage. That's just my opinion.
