My babysitter is a thieves,any opinion?

she steal my comb,new toothbrush i just bought,conditioner,my shirt,handkerchief,face powder,perfume,shampoo,,,ect a lot more i feel that whenever i need something(usually everyday stuff),i lost it,hwenever i bought something and i want to use it,its in her room,than my housekeeper said, its her!,and my baby sitter returning my stuff,which i realized stoled,but i dont know what other things i dont realized missing,she keep stealing again and over but she doing her job pretty good,what should i do,i has warned her not to steal from me so many times...any opinion?


i pay her so expensive,she ask me high salary im not refuse,because she care taker of my kids,what shoul i do any opinion?

If she is stealing from you, she does not deserve pay. You obviously need a better babysitter. Doing a good job does not include stealing. You don't pay her to take what's yours. She is doing it because she feels she can get away with it. Why keep warning her, It's time to put your foot down and show her you mean business.You should be warning her to let her know that if it happens again, you will take further actions against her. And I am not talking about another warning either. If that is all you are giving her, she will continue as long as you allow it. It is obvious that she has no respect for you or your rules, and your warnings does not phase her. I think this is the time to consider replacing her before she move on to stealing more valuable things.

Reply:I would tell her to leave the house and get another babysitter! Maybe you will get an honest babysitter who doesn't steal from you, one you won't have to pay such a high salary. Good Luck!!!
Reply:Defiantly find a new babysitter. She is not doing a good job, as you'd like to think, if the example she's setting for your children is that it's OK to steal. Find your children a babysitter who will be a good influence on them, or you'll end up with a bigger problem than just missing toothbrushes.
