I brough an old house and need a lot of work and replaces such as bath rooms kichen,water heater, wall, ac and etc,


Which will come out the better due, to pay him section by section , or all complete and pay one.

By law you pay him section by section. Being in the industry, the max you can pay him to start the project is 30%, never give more, and he should never ask for more...Good luck with your home improvements!
Reply:No you could do it in steps, they may tell you that is cheaper to do it all at once, get at least three estimates from different contractors as well as Home Depot or Lowe's.


Big plus getting it done all at once, is that you don't have to constantly clean up, and your house will be in order quicker, also recommend you to get contractor who is licensed and have plumbers and electricians., would be more expensive to use all different contractors.
